What is a security training?

Zolder delivers security training and workshops for all levels. From awareness for the entire company to hands-on hacking workshops for technical teams. The difference: our training is delivered by the pentesters and researchers who find vulnerabilities daily. No slides with stock photos, but live demos, examples from our work and interactive exercises.

Training offerings

• Security awareness - for all employees: recognising phishing, safe handling of passwords and data. With examples from recent attacks on Dutch organisations - not from a book.
• Technical security training - for developers and IT teams: secure coding, OWASP Top 10, security in CI/CD. Delivered by someone who exploits these vulnerabilities daily.
• Hacking workshops - hands-on: participants exploit vulnerabilities themselves in a lab. SQL injection, XSS, privilege escalation, AD attacks. Learning by doing.
• Management briefings - cyber risk in context: current threats, how to prioritise, board responsibility. Short and to the point.
• Tabletop exercises - simulated incident scenarios: ransomware, data breach, insider threat. Your team practises decision-making under pressure.

• Practitioners, not trainers: our trainers break into organisations daily. They share experience from practice, not from last year's presentation.

Our approach

• Intake - discussing objectives, target audience, knowledge level. What should participants do differently after the training? Directly with the trainer.
• Customisation - adapting content to your industry, threats and tech stack.
• Delivery - on-site or remote. Including lab environment for hands-on sessions.
• Materials - summary and (for technical training) lab access for self-study.
• Follow-up - optional: follow-up session after several months to reinforce learning.

What does a security training cost?

All training on an hourly basis at €175 per hour, including preparation:

• Security awareness (1-2 hours, up to 100 participants): €1,500 - €3,000
• Technical training (half or full day, up to 20 participants): €3,000 - €6,000
• Hacking workshop (full day or multi-day, up to 15 participants): €5,000 - €12,000
• Management briefing (1 hour): €1,000 - €2,000
• Tabletop exercise (half day): €3,000 - €5,000
